We saw really quick progress, fast progress with her.
It was really cool to see all of the training she was getting and all of the confidence Brena was getting through the training that Brant gave her. and we were kind of surprised by all of the different things Brant was getting her to do. And we were getting some new cats in the house and we wanted to learn how we could do things differently with her.We got daily videos and updates of Brena’s progress. We sought training from The Trusted Companion, Brant Weller, for Brena because she was exhibiting some aggressive behavior, food aggression, she attacked our other dog, she would lunge at people, and we were really worried about that behavior. You can tell he’s very passionate about his work through the effort that he puts into educating not only your dog but you as an owner. Whether you’re a new dog owner or if you have concerns when it comes to caring for your dogs, I highly recommend working with Brant. This program helped me understand my dogs’ behaviors as well as improved my ability to better care for my animals. He sent daily videos and explanations on why it was important for Poppy and Porter to learn these 5 basic commands that diminish their anxiety and instilled them with the confidence they needed in order to interact appropriately with people and other animals. With Porter, he developed a bad case of nerves as a puppy and I could tell his anxiety was affecting his relationship with Poppy. Previously Poppy struggled with aggression towards people. My dogs have both been trained by Brant at The Trusted Companion and I can honestly say this has greatly improved the quality of my dogs’ lives. He can be a bit of a lazy pup so building up his endurance and encouraging him to develop his skills is important to us.Watching him improve upon those things and continue that in our household is exciting for us. Obviously, Boone knows all of his commands now, and it’s just up to us to concrete it in, but all of the hard work is done which is fantastic and we can just follow through.We’ve enjoyed watching Boone develop over the last three weeks. The kids love seeing what’s going on and I do, too. And I loved the daily videos! We always watched them with the kids. In all the videos we see, you see there’s a good relationship with him and Boone, our puppy. Feel definitely very comfortable with him with Brant. So we came back to Brant for our new puppy, because I feel like a well-trained dog is a good dog and Brant did a great job before. We’ve used Brant before for one of our previous dogs, Duke, and he was a fantastic dog afterwards and I love going on trail hikes with him off leash. We live not far from Harrisonburg so we’d be delighted to answer any questions about our own experience. And we are just absolutely thrilled with the results. Brant really opened our eyes to a lot of things.We’re just thrilled! Brant truly has a way with animals. and he learned how to play tug really well!. He’s calmer, he’s still crazy for a ball. He reacted to kids, he reacted to other dogs, he reacted to strangers, people with hats, people on bicycles.He was pretty anxious and had a lot of anxiety and was fearful.The difference in our ability to control him, make him feel safe, is night and day.From my perspective the best outcome is greater confidence that we have in our ability to control him and face those situations where before we would avoid. And afterwards when we’ve had questions and emailed him, he’s responded immediately with very thoughtful detailed answers to our questions.

He sent us daily videos and it was a treat for us each night after our daily travels to download the video and watch it and watch how he progressed every day. I mean even before we met Brant we talked to him on the phone for an hour.
The thing that I liked most was all of the communication.
